It independently maintains and its roads, beaches, tennis courts, docks and playgrounds which, are all closed to the public. Home owners are mostly year round residence and homes tend to be larger then some of the neighboring beach towns. There are a number of private docks that residences can purchase or rent.

There are not a lot of different condo complexes in Mumford Cove, so be very clear as what you want. If none are available i will need to look in some of the surrounding towns. If you would like to use the "send me a comment" feature you can give me more details on what you are looking for. . Important questions to answer are; how many bedrooms are you looking for? Do you have any pets? What kind and their sizes? Are you a smoker? What style are you looking for, Ranch, Townhouse, Colonial, Converted building, etc. Be careful when you ask for a new building in south east CT because some very nice condos have been made out of historic buildings. They may be only a few years old, but the age will still say their original building date.
