In the fall we had the opportunity to work with Greg on finding and purchasing a new house in Stonington, CT. Working with Greg was truly a positive experience.
We first met Greg for a general consultation to discuss our wants and needs. After we had an understanding, Greg sent us emails detailing houses meeting our criteria. Throughout the process we were in constant communication, making sure we did not miss any opportunity.
We went on several showings. Greg was patient, on time, and knowledgeable. While at the showings he asked the other agent important questions pertaining to the house and property. Greg’s inquiry was helpful because it gave us insight into potential concerns and or benefits about the property. He gave us an honest opinion of each house but let us make the decisions. We did not feel rushed into anything and trusted that he was not pushing us into a house. Greg’s detailed approached allowed us to view several properties, filter out wants versus needs, and in the end find the perfect house for us.
Overall, our experience was positive and we would recommend Greg to any potential homebuyer. We feel Greg had our best interest at heart, and we could not be happier with our new home.
